The HEROES ACT (H. R. 6800 and 6666)  distracts the people with amount of  money we may receive, while we are losing all our rights and freedom!

We cannot put a dollar amount on freedom!  The leaders are also in violation of the H. R. 7152 which is our Civil Rights Act and being tread upon by businesses by refusing entrance and services to unmasked and unvaccinated!

Stand up, be informed that these "Acts" being run through Washington D.C. are not in the best interest of the people, especially our Civil Right Act which prohibits "discrimination" which is rampant today! We are being robbed of our liberties by a criminal government!

  Wake up, read and study and make a stand!

S.3624 - Pandemic Response and Opportunity Through National Service Act

. (5) EMERGENCY PRIORITIES.--For fiscal years 2020 through 2023, the priorities established under paragraph (1) for national service programs shall provide that the Corporation and the States, as appropriate, shall give priority to entities submitting applications--

"(A) that propose activities directly related to the response to and recovery from the COVID-19 public health emergency, such as the provision of--

"(i) public health services, including contact tracing and support for isolation and quarantine activities;

"(ii) emergency logistics;

"(iii) work that furthers the capacity of State (including territorial), tribal, and local health departments and the recommendations of the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention;

is a $1 trillion economic stimulus bill introduced in 2020 by the United States Senate during the COVID-19 pandemic, to supplement the earlier CARES Act.

Help End Abusive Living Situations Act or the HEALS Act

This bill requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development to consider the needs of survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking when awarding grants under the Continuum of Care Program, which provides funding for nonprofit providers and state and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families.

Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions Act or the HEROES Act

This bill responds to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) outbreak and its impact on the economy, public health, state and local governments, individuals, and businesses.

Among other things, the bill

• provides FY2020 emergency supplemental appropriations to federal agencies;
  
• provides payments and other assistance to state, local, tribal, and territorial governments;
  
• provides additional direct payments of up to $1,200 per individual;
  
• expands paid sick days, family and medical leave, unemployment compensation, nutrition and food assistance programs, housing assistance, and payments to farmers;
  
• modifies and expands the Paycheck Protection Program, which provides loans and grants to small businesses and nonprofit organizations;
  
• establishes a fund to award grants for employers to provide pandemic premium pay for essential workers;
  
• expands several tax credits and deductions;
  
• provides funding and establishes requirements for COVID-19 testing and contact tracing;
  
• eliminates cost-sharing for COVID-19 treatments;
  
• extends and expands the moratorium on certain evictions and foreclosures; and
  
• requires employers to develop and implement infectious disease exposure control plans.
  

The bill also modifies or expands a wide range of other programs and policies, including those regarding:

• Medicare and Medicaid,
  
• health insurance,
  
• broadband service,
  
• medical product supplies,
  
• immigration,
  
• student loans and financial aid,
  
• the federal workforce,
  
• prisons,
  
• veterans benefits,
  
• consumer protection requirements,
  
• the U.S. Postal Service,
  
• federal elections,
  
• aviation and railroad workers, and
